They teach a category on themselves, which you can comply if it aligns with your spec. But it's just mere compliance, it's not going to apply to today. The sort may not serve.
It ignores folksnomy. How to express your own catagory, how to become a category of one.
Also, it can't teach emotional labor. Things qualitative and not easily measures. It involves seeing them on their level. Suspending one's own authenticity to see others, as of service to them.
All Catagory, all processes and all the emotional labor. That may not serve.
