Drama Genre vs The social media drama

Two types.

First is the drama we watch as 'entertainment' or what have you, that elevates the mind, brings reflection and the human condition. It's in writing, and it's within the genre that our media categorizes and helps identifies. That heightens of the respect and trust of the audience.

Not into the entertainment, merely a writer practising his craft in a semi-public manner here. To play at the edges of the genre and to challenge it.

Soap opera drama, however. It is not something I'd dabble in.

Second, there's the drama of social media encourages to get ourselves sucked in, within a carousel of status roles. The maelstrom hook that is sells itself on, for direct advertisers. Who pay and fighter for our one thing.

Our attention.

Since the dawn of the internet, social media has made writing free in the sphere, one that will apparently it so a matter of social media status roles. Worrying about it, on the nebulous crap shoot of having this social media premotion. Will it work?

Perhaps.

A conspiracy that I'd believe. Keeping up with the Kardashians of media are tiring. The mini celebs and the rest, Informal tribes.

Strict utilitarian use of social media helps avoid the second type, tending to add the first type to my craft to improve it.

A diet might be needed. Seth Godin Recommends checking the internet for three times. Another for 15 minutes.

One's, either the user or the product, the mantra to use this internet social media service.
