Advertiser barkening


One error. Social media auction and commodification for our attention, to sink in it, fuel unnecessary addiction. For the short term releases.

How did Yahoo become the multi-million company before google? Selling the prospect of the banner page of the front page

This is what happens to an advertiser who has no limits. Or most likely, a direct advertiser.

There's this dog one guardian of mine had, it was untrained for a while. It was good at one thing, barking loudly at every little moment and chance that it had, every door opening and loud noise, it threw a tantrum of barks. Hooking for attention with no substance.

Maybe for food, maybe for love, maybe for intruder, it barked. There was still times for endearment, yet it asked for attention. Only attention.

That's what happening to our advertisers, they're being trained for direct, unhibited gratification. With all the focus and time demanded and lobbied.

It only goes to show the pricelessness of our attention.
