The routine I go, As white roses by the gym.

The routine that does not intervene,
That is sustainable.
That is a blossom.

The routine that is Realistic.
Enjoyable

Flexible

R.E.F it, as a famous gym coach will say.

Each day, except Saturday. It's followed.

It blooms and grows in beauty, the routine.
