The need to rest (Update with Comics industry.)

Brother moved it in my room, barely used. More of a desk than a sitting instrument. Being used as reference.

Apparently there are industry 'professional's (Using the term loosely). When unscrupulous advice masquerades as industry advice. This advice still exists of normalised crunch hours. Of progressive overload aligning with more work hours, apparently.

No.

The need to rest, some people think it can be cheated. Only a rare 1-5 % can sleep than less than 5-6 hours rather than 7-8 hours.

Like the clutter on this sofa, they think they are missing out on opportunity cost, but not really.

Being genetically gifted, an anomaly, means one can get away with incompetent planning decisions. Like little sleep, bizarre pump exercises, along with how well they respond to steroids. (Another reason to stay natural.)

There is no way of transcending the physical operating range despite what is said on social media, the brain needs nourishment, not progressive overload. There's a decline with the stuff.

Or you gonna needlessly sacrifice sleep sanctity to be a genetic anomaly? That's as if these unicorns do exist, or swindling with fake lifestyles.
