The finding of art parents, mood board.

Within Marshall's Style guide within his video series of Heinrich Kley, he listed out some stylistic tendencies with a xy fashion. Maybe there is more.

An exercise mood board made in pureref.

This is my entire pureref that was used to be my art parent guide. Where I'm moving to one style and another. It's not important to have consistency if it ain't serving the projects, so experimentation occurs.

It all started with Auguste Ingres, for the linear sensibilities and reductionism to cartoon (even if it wasn't categorised yet.)

So much so that the ram takes a hit when I dive into the growing jungle of favourite artists, how-to dots, and creative notes. Maybe it's what I want as a professional. Well, this it what I wanted when I pursued it.

A lot of practical artists, even contradicting ones appeared, then the notes. A mood board all to express me, with my category of one. This was the pursuit.

So don't be afraid to make a mood board, to place all the references within a place to compile the resources. Illustrators did it all the time with folders of work so that they could bring it up when needed.
