Shawn Coyne's Genre Categorization, Exploitation fits within the style of storytelling. |
Yeah, I explored it. Yet it's harder and harder to care about it since it's all the same, such a system where sex and the lower submission of status roles of a certain thing to sex (fetishization). It is very hard to revolutionize, the theme of sexual stimulation is the point, and it all becomes the point.
Wheres the plot? In service of sexual stimulation, okay when done on purpose, is this plotless way with the charactets development being minimal or flat. It does not need to be. It merely has to provide believability to what they say in smut, "the money shot".
Sad matter of the fact is, even with the medium average of internet stuff, there merely going to be a lot of demand for the stuff.
An old role-play account, in the archives and collecting dust, of this exploration of sexploitation that rests within the underbelly of the web. I don't have anything against it if one was to pursue it to make a living ( Even that's shaky with the writers romance genre, a popular genre within commercial writing, barely making a living wage.) Yet it may not even align with what one may not care about. |
