There was this glassblower teacher (a), he was the best as he showed his students how to make swirly colourful paperweights. The structure was that there had to be constraints to what he had to produce.
Teacher B was also a glassblower, the teacher taught fundamentals, yet it all looked average. He did not let his students solve interesting problems, yet there was merely twirly glass curved with a pincer.
Teacher a way the better choice, despite the failures of his students. He always took risks. As the vase may break at the end of the blowers rod, he will simply go.
"S*** happens." Encouraging his students to the next project, encouraging a cycle.
Encouraging to jump in and lend a hand if needed. What it's for is clear. Failure was part of the process, which was magical.
