Villianifed roles, archetypal

Since there's a vilified role. With the symbolic representation, there's an inclination of from archetype to the end of stereotype.

Of course, it's depends. Case-by-case. It's going to take a lot of writing to identify with that role, so the level of a solitary protagonist. Just like What Vladimir did with a paedophile at Lolita. It's only one of the literary challenges that we are face with, remaking our concepts to either condemn or champion a symbol with a new dimension. Only when the amount of the way of description and connection could be made that sympathy is invoked at the right time.

Challenging ones indeed.

Oh, it's all in fictional entertainment, there's always room for on-the-nose symbolic condemnation though, you never know when it comes to the market!

Memetic vs symbolic, thats going to be a theme for some future blog posts.
