novelty =/= originality

People can be original, and still be insufferable.

Newness and the one an only uniqueness are not the same, Given the progression of time for each. One Direct response (extend) and the cognition (brand).

Newiness, we know the news can be ignored if it ain't emergency room stuff.

The others have gone through the gauntlet of conflicting symbolism, through pundit or cute to the blips of hosts/platforms. Well, professionals that don't attend.

If that the thing is one is first and lucky, then that ain't good enough. The law of diminishing returns takes it toll.
